An oasis in Hervey Bay
Yong and Bo organised both Fraser Island and Whale tours for us at very short notice. All went well thanks to their care.
Emeraldene Inn is a great place to stay. It is a quiet oasis with the rooms set in a garden that is more jungle than garden. Rooms are spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Best suited to those with a car as you will need to drive to shops and restaurants. This is normal in Hervey Bay as the town has no real centre and facilities are scattered. A comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
Idyllic Place and Wonderful Hosts
Although located by a main road, the Emeraldene Inn & Eco-Lodge was a place like paradise. The courtyard was full of various plants and flowers, which was beautiful and peaceful. The room was quite clean, the beds were comfortable, and the small kitchen with tableware was very convenient for the tourists.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They could arrange various local tourism projects for tourists - such as Fraser Island Two-day tour and Whale Watching, etc.- that was really good! I would happily stay here again.
Emeraldene were awesome, Yong & her husband who run the inn are really friendly and organised our whole tour to Fraiser with the explorer adventure team which was fantastic.
We communicated with Yong on the days leading up to the tour telling her how many people we had and what we needed etc and she took care of everything and allowed us to leave our belonging at the inn whilst we went to Fraiser.
The room was nice & had everything 3 back packers could need, and it was also really clean.
Would definitely recommend!
