For tour and package bookings, the confirmation will be sent to you via email within 2 hours during 8am-10pm AEST. The full payment will be required as soon as the confirmation email is sent unless the alternative arrangement organised with the manager. The option to upgrade your accommodation from a Deluxe Suite to a Superior Suite at Emeraldene Inn is available by request. It is $15 extra per night.

DescriptionThe Deluxe Suites are all ground floor suites, with an ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and garden balcony. These large comfortable rooms feature a brightly lit desk / working area, table and chairs, two-seater lounge and occasional furnishings. All rooms are air-conditioned with direct-dial telephones, 26" flat screen digital LCD TV / DVD, and free parking and wireless internet. The rate is for two (2), Maximum sleep three (3).
Terms and Conditions
All rates quoted are subject to confirmation on reservation and are quoted in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST and are per room per night. Rates valid until 31 March, 2021. Higher rates may apply at Xmas / Easter.
Payment for accommodation booked via our secure online facility will be paid in full at time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted. * Payment by American Express will incur a 2% surcharge. *
Cancellation policy: 48 hours. Cancellations made after 10am 2 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 1 night accommodation (except for special peak season conditions). December 23 - January 5: cancellations made within 7 days of 10am of the day of arrival will be charged in full. Special Event: July 7-10 (2021): 30 day cancellation policy. Bookings at 7 nights discounted rate have a 14 day cancellation policy - these bookings are non-refundable within 14 day. No refunds available after commencement of stay or for no-shows.
Cancellations of any tour portions of packages made within 72 hrs will result in loss of tour portion of package, unless a separate package confirmation has been sent with a specific cancellation policy which will then supersede this.
Cancellations resulting in a credit card refund will incur a processing fee of 3.5%.
**NOTE** Reception closes at 8:00pm (6:00pm on Sundays) - for arrivals after 8:00pm (6:00pm Sunday) please contact the property on the day of arrival for instructions.
