“Emeraldene” is an old English derivative of “Emerald” meaning “green”, and “dene” meaning “narrow wooded valley” or “low hill by the sea”.

The accomodation setting was lovely and quiet. Plenty of space for the three of us and very clean inside, we found the self contained kitchen very handy too.
A great hide away for peace and tranquillity in Hervey Bay. The lodgings are set in a beautiful rainforest setting that's quiet. The inn was close to shops and restaurants in Pialba. The inn keepers were very friendly, and I appreciated their help in finding the shops and restaurant. Highly recommended if you want to relax away from the city lights and sounds, and want total seclusion.
very clean room n bathroom that was great, very comfy beds, spacious room, not too cramped like some rooms can be, plenty of room to move, very friendly n helpful staff. good towels n linen.
The bed was comfortable, the owner was lovely very helpful with providing a map of the area and also marked the best spot for the beautiful sunset.
Thank you Yong and Bo for your warm welcome and the hospitality, so we enjoyed everything at your motel. The room is clean and comfortable with very competitive price. The only pity seems one-night staying was too short and rush so next time we may stay longer. Heyvey bay is a beautiful place and whale watching is an unforgettable experience.
A very tranquil setting amongst the trees with the birds. Enjoyed my stay, clean and comfortable room and friendly hosts. Nice swimming pool with BBQ facilities. Close to the hospital and Eli waters shopping centre. Not far to the Stocklands shopping centre either.
Yong was extremely helpful with communicating prior to our stay and whilst we were staying at Emeraldene Inn. We brought our boat with Us and she allowed Us to have the extra parking space to park the boat when we weren't using it. Shower pressure was excellent especially after a long day out on the water. The room was clean and comfortable. It had all the facilties we needed whilst staying.
Enjoyed my stay at the peaceful Emeraldene Inn. It was a great place to unwind after my busy work days. Felt like I was staying in a rainforest whilst still being close everything in Hervey Bay.
Yong and Bo thank you so much for an awesome 2 nights at your beautiful accomodations. Every thing was excellent . The rooms are tidy and very clean, and with big size. Emeraldene eco-lodge were located in a very good location in Hervey Bay and very deep impression. We will comeback again.
We stayed here for two nights and took a wonderful day tour to nearby Fraser Island, which was booked by the hotel with pickup and drop off. Clean, comfortable, large room, friendly staff. A very pleasent stay indeed! Highly recommend if you have a vehicle.
The property is in a mini jungle. It was amazing , surrounded with different birds . The rooms were very spacious and convenient . The rooms were clean and tidy . The staff were very helpful and cooperative .
I stayed at Emeraldene lodge for 4 weeks during a short contract at the Hervey Bay hospital. It was the best hospital accommodation I’ve stay at. The lodge is surrounded by so much nature! The room was clean and well maintained with a beautiful deck right outside the room. I enjoyed waking up to birds chirping every morning. Yong is a great host and an excellent tour booking agent. She helped me arrange a week long diving trip at the Lady Elliot island. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Hervey Bay!
Thank you, Yong and Bo!We had a great stay at your Hotel! Rooms were big and clean and convenient. The garden is great and all the trees are great and we could get some rest. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool or the BBQ because of the weather.I will recommend it!!!
